Cappuccino

Altough a lot of these coffee descriptions are open to interpiration, style and presentation these descriptions are an excellent guide and you shouldn't go far wrong.

We always suggest that you use fresh not UHT longlife milk which is full fat and certainly not homogenised as this will not froth at all.
